QuivaWorks is a platform for getting work done with AI. Abbie is the AI coworker at the centre of it: you brief her in chat, she works through the task, and you can follow every step. Around Abbie sit Spaces for the work itself, assistants you configure for specific jobs, and flows that run automatically.

Abbie

Your AI coworker. Home, Chat, Backlog, Logs and Settings — brief her, watch a run, and see what she is queued to do next.

Spaces

Where work lives. Each space holds Files, Tasks, Records and Chats.

Meetings

Schedule meetings, record them, and get transcripts back.

Assistants

Purpose-built AI collaborators you configure with instructions, knowledge, integrations and context variables.

Flows

Automated sequences: a trigger starts them, steps do the work, variable mappings pass data along.

Account

Account details, branding, global assistant instructions and knowledge, escalation responders, and data retention.

What assistants give you

An assistant is configured across four areas, so it starts every conversation already knowing your context:
  • Instructions — role, tone and responsibilities
  • Knowledge — your documentation and reference material
  • Integrations — your systems, connected over the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Context Variables — fixed values the assistant should always know, such as a project name or a default region. They go into the prompt verbatim, so they are not a place for credentials.
Team assistants are available to everyone in the account; personal assistants are private to you. Account-level Global Assistant Instructions and Global Assistant Knowledge apply on top, on each assistant where you enable them.

Creating your first assistant

Open Assistants in the sidebar. The create control offers three routes:

Create with AI

Describe what you need and have the assistant configured for you. New assistants are created with Claude Haiku 4.5 as the model.
2

Clone Assistant

Duplicate an existing assistant and adjust it.
3

Add from Marketplace

Install a pre-built assistant and make it yours.
Then set Instructions, add Knowledge, connect Integrations, and refine as you go.

Working together

Any Abbie conversation can be shared — with named people as Editor or Read-only, or with everyone in the account. Access is managed by the conversation’s owner and can be changed or revoked at any time.

Plans

There are three plans: Free, Pro and Team. Pricing is per account, not per user, and paid plans have no seat limit. AI usage is metered in credits, which are included with your plan each month and reset at renewal.
