Following a call

When a bot is configured with Transcription: Real-time, its transcript can be watched while the meeting is still going. Segments appear as people speak, attributed to the speaker. Open it from either place the live indicator appears:
  • The Live Transcript action on an in-progress event, in Calendar or Upcoming Events.
  • The waveform action on the bot’s row in the Bots tab.
Either opens the live page in a new tab.
Transcription must be set to Real-time before the bot joins. It is part of the bot’s configuration, not a toggle on the live page. A bot recording with Post-recording transcription produces its transcript after the meeting ends and has no live view.
When you open the page mid-meeting, everything said so far is loaded first, then live segments continue from where that left off. You do not miss the start by joining late.

Live Replay

Once a bot reaches Done, the same action is offered as Live Replay — the recorded transcript played back through the same surface, from the beginning.

Notes

You can write notes against the meeting while it runs. Notes come in two kinds: A segment note stays tied to the line it was written against, so a point made half an hour in can be found again by its note rather than by scrubbing. Notes taken here are the same notes shown against the recording afterwards — see Recordings. Each note records who wrote it. Everyone who can see the meeting sees every note, but only the note’s author can edit it.
The live page is a normal authenticated QuivaWorks page, and its notes are visible to everyone who can see the meeting. It is not a private scratchpad.
