Collaboration

A conversation with an assistant starts as yours alone. You can open it up — to named colleagues, or to everyone in the account — so the thread, its working and its answers are in one place instead of being pasted around.

The model in short

The owner decides

Only the person who started a conversation can share it, change someone’s access, or take it back. Everyone else sees no sharing controls at all.

Two access levels

An Editor can reply and take a turn with the assistant. A Read-only participant can follow the whole thread but cannot prompt the assistant.
Sharing is reversible. Removing someone is a single action in the share panel, and it is the owner’s to take — not the invitee’s.

Sharing with people outside your team

Everything in this section is about colleagues inside your account. External people — a customer, a supplier, a contractor — go through the client portal instead, which is a separate and much narrower view. See Client Portal.
