Abbie is the AI assistant built into QuivaWorks. You chat with her the way you’d message a colleague, hand her things to get on with, and she keeps working on them even after you’ve closed the tab. She isn’t a search box or a one-off chatbot. She has a memory of who you are and how you like to work, a backlog of things she’s tracking for you, and the judgement to come back and check in rather than waiting to be asked.
Abbie is not the same thing as an Assistant. Assistants are bots you build and configure yourself, each for a particular job. Abbie is the single coworker already built into QuivaWorks — there is one of her, everybody gets their own, and you teach her rather than configure her.

What Abbie can do

Have a real conversation

Ask her questions, ask her to draft something, ask her to look into something: she reasons about the request before answering rather than just pattern-matching a reply.

Keep a backlog

Ask her to do something and she can keep working on it in the background, picking it back up across conversations until it’s done.

Remember things

She holds onto facts about you and your organisation between conversations, so you don’t have to repeat yourself.

Reach out first

With your permission, she can check in, follow up on things she’s waiting on you for, and suggest ideas, on a cadence you control.

Work where you already do

Connect her to Slack and she answers in channels and threads, not just inside QuivaWorks.

Learn new skills

Teach her a new skill with instructions and reference files, or import one someone else wrote.
