The Calendar and Upcoming Events tabs
The first two tabs on the Meetings page show the same events in two shapes:- Calendar plots them on a day, week, month, year or list view.
- Upcoming Events is a forward-looking list, with a time filter.
Filtering by source
The Calendars filter selects which sources are plotted. As well as your connected Google and Microsoft calendars, it offers My Tasks — your QuivaWorks tasks that carry a due date or a scheduled-at date, placed on the same grid. A task entry is plotted on its due date where it has one, and on its scheduled at date otherwise, matching the Space Tasks calendar. Task rows offer Open task rather than any bot action.Putting a bot on an event
If the event has no bot yet, its row shows Schedule bot. That creates a bot for the event using the calendar’s default bot settings. The row immediately swaps to showing Bot settings instead. If the calendar was connected with Join all meetings on, events already have bots and there is nothing to schedule. An event that has already ended and was never recorded shows Not recorded, and offers nothing
else. You cannot retrospectively record a meeting that has finished.
What each action means
Which buttons appear depends on where the meeting is in its life and what the bot is doing.
Both removal actions ask for confirmation first. They are not the same thing:
- Kick removes the bot from a call it is currently in. Whatever it recorded up to that point is kept.
- Remove deletes the bot record for an event it never joined, or has already finished with.
Event details
The Details action on an event opens its full information — attendees, times, the meeting link — alongside a Join button for the call itself.Doing the same thing from a calendar
Opening a calendar in Settings → Calendars shows only that calendar’s events, on the same calendar surface with the same actions. Useful when you have several calendars connected and want to work through one of them.Bots tab
Every bot in one table, with its status.
On-demand bots
Sending a bot to a call that is not on a connected calendar.
