Backlog items have a scope, shown as a Personal or Team pill:
  • Personal: belongs to you. Only you see it and only you can act on it.
  • Team: belongs to the whole account. Anyone on the account can see it, and an admin can act on it.

Promoting an item

If something you’re tracking personally turns out to matter to the whole team, you can promote it from personal to team scope directly on the item, from the Backlog page.

Who sees what

The Backlog page shows your personal backlog plus the account’s team backlog together, so you have one place to look regardless of scope. An account admin can additionally switch to a cross-user view to see what’s on other people’s personal backlogs, useful for keeping track of what Abbie is doing across a team without anyone having to report it manually.
