With outreach on, three categories can be switched independently:- Check-ins: a quick “how’s it going” after a quiet stretch.
- Follow-ups: a nudge when something she’s tracking has sat waiting on you past its follow-up date.
- Suggestions: an idea worth raising. At most once a week, only while you’ve recently been active, and never alongside a check-in.
Cadence
- How often Abbie checks in: a preset interval (for example, weekly), or a custom number of hours.
- Default follow-up window: how long an item can sit waiting on you before she nudges you about it, again preset or custom.
Active snoozes
Any current snooze, a check-in snoozed until a date, or an individual backlog item’s follow-up snoozed, is listed here with a Clear action, so you can always see and undo one without waiting for it to expire.Outreach settings are account-wide, so changing them is an admin action. A quick version of the same on/off toggle also appears on the Abbie home page.
