What’s on screen
- The transcript: your messages and Abbie’s replies, in order. Her replies can include a stage strip showing how the answer was produced (see Watching her think), inline cards when she needs a decision or a permission from you (see Decisions and authorisations), and “Abbie resumed…” chips when she picks a backlog item back up mid-conversation.
- The message box: write to her the way you would to a colleague. You can drop files or images directly onto the window; a full-screen dropzone appears the moment you start dragging something in. See Attachments and images.
- The backlog badge: a small counter in the header showing how many open items Abbie is tracking for this session. Selecting it opens the in-chat backlog panel without leaving the conversation. See The in-chat panel.
- The session sidebar: every conversation you’ve had with Abbie, searchable and filterable by where it started (web chat or Slack). See Sessions and history.
Everyone gets their own Abbie. Your conversations, your backlog and your rapport are yours: a colleague talking to Abbie doesn’t see or affect any of it, even inside the same QuivaWorks account.
