Manage your QuivaWorks account configuration, including account name, company details, and regional settings.Changing Your Account Name
Your account name is used to log in and appears on billing statements and team invitations. To update your account name:- Navigate to Account Management → Account
- Find the “Account Name” field
- Enter your new account name (case-sensitive)
- Click “Rename Account”
Updating Company Details
Keep your account information current for billing and communication purposes.- Navigate to Account Management → Account
- Update the following fields:
- Company/Entity Name
- Address
- Website
- Phone Number
- Country
- Click “Save”

Modifying Mesh Regions
- Navigate to Account Management → Mesh
- Select desired regions for your mesh nodes
- Click “Save Changes”
Your mesh configuration determines where your data is processed and stored. Choose regions that align with your compliance requirements and user locations.

Changing the Root Email Address
Only the root user can change the account’s root email address.1
Initiate Change
- Log in as the root user
- Click your profile icon → “Settings”
- Navigate to “Credentials”
- Update the email address field
- Click “Request Change”

Confirm via Email
Check the old email address for a confirmation email and click the confirmation link

Complete Transfer
Once confirmed, the new email becomes the root login. The old email can now be used for another account.
