Go to Account Management → Billing and Plans

Choose New Plan
Click “Upgrade” or “Change Plan”

Choose from Starter, Pro, Team, or EnterpriseCompare plans →

Confirm Billing
Review the prorated charge and confirm
- New limits apply immediately
- You’re charged a prorated amount for the current billing period
- Your billing cycle remains the same
- All existing resources and data are preserved
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period:1
Navigate to Billing
Go to Account Management → Billing and Plans

Select Lower Plan
Choose a plan with lower limits

Check what happens if you exceed new limits

Schedule Downgrade
Confirm - change happens at next billing cycle
- Change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You keep your current plan limits until then
- No partial refunds for the current period
- If over new limits, some functionality may be restricted
Switching Between Monthly and Annual
Save 20% by switching to annual billing: Monthly to Annual:- Switch takes effect immediately
- You’re charged for the full year upfront
- 20% discount applied automatically
- Billing cycle changes to annual
- Starter: $300/year → $240/year (save $60)
- Pro: $1,500/year → $1,200/year (save $300)
- Team: $7,500/year → $6,000/year (save $1,500)
- Change takes effect at the end of your annual period
- No refunds for remaining months
- Monthly billing begins after annual period ends

All payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe. QuivaWorks never stores your complete card details.

Viewing Invoices
Access all past invoices:- Navigate to Account Management → Billing and Plans
- Click “Billing History”
- Click on the invoice you want to download and choose your download method
- Invoice date and number
- Plan and billing period
- Itemized charges (base plan, overages, add-ons)
- Total amount charged

Go to the Billing and Plans section, click on the “Billing” menu item and you will be redirected to a stripe page to manage your subscrption.

Understanding Your Bill
Billing Cycles
- Monthly Billing
- Annual Billing (Save 20%)
Pricing:
- Starter: $25/month
- Pro: $125/month
- Team: $625/month
- Charged on the same day each month
- Based on your signup or upgrade date
- Usage resets on billing date
- Example: Signed up Jan 15 → billed on 15th of each month
Prorated Charges
When you upgrade mid-cycle, you’re charged a prorated amount: How it works:- Credit for unused time on old plan
- Charge for remaining time on new plan
- Net difference is charged immediately
- Current plan: Starter ($20/month annual billing)
- Upgrade on day 15 of 30-day cycle
- New plan: Pro ($100/month annual billing)
- Prorated charge ≈ $40 (half the difference for remaining days)

Understanding Plan Limits
What Happens When You Exceed Limits
Different limits have different behaviors:- Flows Exceeded
- Storage Exceeded
- Compute Hours Exceeded
- Concurrent Executions Exceeded
On Free Plan:
- You must upgrade to continue running flows
- Flows are not queued or saved
- Additional flows are added to an error queue
- Queued flows can be replayed next month when limits reset
- Or upgrade immediately to process queued flows
Monitor your usage in the billing dashboard to avoid unexpected charges or service interruptions.
Managing Subscriptions
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:1
Navigate to Billing
Go to Account Management → Billing and Plans

Cancel Subscription
Click “Cancel Subscription” or “Downgrade to Free”

Confirm
Review what happens and confirm cancellation
- Subscription continues until end of current billing period
- No further charges after current period
- Account converts to Free plan with these limits:
- 3 agents (Discovery Agent included)
- 200 flows/month
- 1GB storage
- 1 compute hour/month
- 5 concurrent executions
- Resources exceeding Free limits may be restricted
- Data is retained (not deleted)
Reactivating a Cancelled Subscription
Reactivate at any time:- Navigate to Account Management → Billing and Plans
- Click “Upgrade” or “Reactivate”
- Select your plan (Starter, Pro, or Team)
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Enter payment information
- Subscription reactivates immediately

- Navigate to Account Management → Billing and Plans
- Click “Tax Information”
- Enter your VAT/tax ID number
- Save changes
Regional Compliance
- EU Customers: VAT charged based on country
- US Customers: Sales tax varies by state
- Other Regions: Local tax laws apply
Invoices automatically include all applicable tax information for your records.
