# Your personal profile

> Prose facts about you — your role, how you work, and your own rules — visible to nobody else

Your **Personal profile** sits inside the Rapport tab, below your rapport settings. It is the
place for facts about you that do not fit into a preference field.

  This is yours alone. **No admin can read or edit it.** It is the personal counterpart to the
  admin-managed [organisation profile](/abbie/configuring/organisation-profile).

## What goes here, and what does not

Your rapport already holds the short structured preferences: name, tone, formality, answer length,
expertise, interests, language. The personal profile is for everything that needs a sentence.

| **About me**    | Your role and what you actually work on — *"Senior ops manager, mostly supplier contracts and renewals."*   |
| **How I work**  | Working style and any accessibility needs — *"I'm dyslexic — keep paragraphs short and use bullet points."* |
| **Constraints** | Your own always/never rules — *"Never send a quote without flagging assumptions."*                          |

## How it differs from the rest

Four surfaces shape how Abbie answers you, and they are easy to confuse:
