Every conversation with Abbie is saved as a session, and the session sidebar on the chat page is the full list of them. ## Finding a conversation * **Search**: filter sessions by title or content as you type. * **Filter by where it started**: a row of chips lets you narrow the list to conversations that began in the web chat versus ones that started in Slack. A session shows a small badge naming its origin, so you can tell at a glance where a thread came from. * **Recent conversations**: the [Abbie home page](/abbie/getting-started/abbie-home) also shows your last few sessions as a shortcut back into them, without opening the full sidebar. ## Managing a session From the sidebar you can rename a conversation to something more memorable, or delete one you no longer need. ## Slack threads count too If your organisation has Abbie connected to Slack, a conversation that started as a thread there shows up in your session list the same as a web conversation. Picking it up from QuivaWorks continues the same backlog and the same context Abbie built up in Slack. See [Slack](/abbie/connecting/slack).
